Deposit & Payment Schedule

A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and time. Remaining balance is due no later than one week prior to the event date.

Styling Setup & Take Down includes professional onsite styling, setup, and breakdown services to ensure your grazing display is beautifully presented and event-ready.

Gratuity is not included in this fee.

Hot Weather Policy

For temperatures over 75°F, graze tables must be indoors or in a temperature-controlled environment due to FDA and USDA food safety guidelines. Outdoor setups in these conditions are not permitted. Compliance is required to maintain food safety standards, licensing, and liability protection.
