Pricing, tax, delivery, and total payment due will be calculated and processed securely through your BozaBoards client portal on Shopify.

Deposit & Payment Schedule
A 25% Nonrefundable Deposit is due to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event. Deposit and balance amounts are available in your BozaBoards client portal on Shopify.

Masterpiece Styling
Includes luxury serving platters, premium risers, layered table runners in coordinating shades of pink, fresh florals and greenery, flameless candles, decorative accents, professional artistic styling, complete table design, setup and visual presentation.

Add-Ons & Enhancements
Ask about our charcuterie displays, brunch boards, mimosa bars, dessert displays, chocolate fountains, popcorn cart, cotton candy cart, beverage stations and custom event styling.

Equipment & Rental Policy
THIS IS FOR LARGE BOARD RENTALS ONLY AND DOES NOT APPLY TO GRAZE TABLE SETUPS. ALL BOARDS & SERVING PIECES MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 24 HOURS. AN EQUIPMENT DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED ONCE EQUIPMENT IS RETURNED. PLEASE DO NOT WASH ANY EQUIPMENT.

Hot Weather Policy
To comply with FDA and USDA food safety guidelines, BozaBoards does not set up or service grazing tables outdoors when temperatures exceed 80°F unless the setup is in a fully enclosed, temperature-controlled environment. This policy cannot be waived.

Gratuity
Gratuity is not included and never expected, but always appreciated.
