LADIES WELCOME TO BOZABOARDS BOARDING SCHOOL

During class guests learn how to create a beautiful, balanced charcuterie board from start to finish. Your class covers:

• 🧀 How to build a personal 12” charcuterie board to take home
• 🌹 Creating a beautiful salami rose
• 🎀 Making different pepperoni and prosciutto ribbon/folds
• 🧀 Proper cheese cutting styling and placement
• 🥜 How to style accompaniments(nuts, olives, jams, honey, etc.)
• 🍓 How to incorporate and style fresh fruit
• 🍫 Using festive treats for color and texture
• 🥩 Pairing meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, and accompaniments so they complement each other
• 🎨 Tips for creating a show-stopping presentation using color, texture, height, and balance
• 📦 How to package the finished board to take home
